Delete your account from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Jana Alkhair app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Delete My Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and can no longer be signed in to.

Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my account, sent from — or mentioning — the mobile number registered on your account so we can verify it is you. We action requests within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: your profile, identity details, saved payment tokens, gift and referral links, and app preferences are removed from active systems.

Kept temporarily: records of financial transactions (purchases, points movements) are retained only as long as Saudi law requires (anti-money-laundering and commercial regulations), then purged. They are not used for any other purpose during that period.

Merchant staff accounts

The Janalkhair Merchant app (com.janalkhair.merchant) is used by shop staff. Those accounts are created by the merchant's own administrator rather than by self sign-up, so there are two ways to have one removed:

  1. Ask your merchant administrator to delete your account — they can do this from the merchant portal.
  2. Or email [email protected] with the subject Delete my staff account, sent from — or mentioning — the mobile number registered on the account so we can verify it is you.

We action requests within 30 days. Your name, national ID, date of birth, mobile number, email address and photo are removed from active systems. Records of sales recorded under your username are kept only as long as Saudi law requires (anti-money-laundering and commercial regulations), then purged — they are not used for any other purpose during that period.

حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)

  1. افتح تطبيق جنى الخير وسجّل الدخول.
  2. اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ← حذف حسابي.
  3. أكّد الحذف. يتم إيقاف الحساب فوراً ولا يمكن الدخول إليه بعد ذلك.

أو اطلب الحذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني

أرسل بريداً إلى [email protected] بعنوان حذف حسابي مع ذكر رقم الجوال المسجّل في حسابك للتحقق من هويتك. تُنفَّذ الطلبات خلال ٣٠ يوماً.

ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يُحتفظ به

يُحذف: ملفك الشخصي وبيانات الهوية ورموز البطاقات المحفوظة وروابط الهدايا والإحالات وتفضيلات التطبيق من الأنظمة النشطة.

يُحتفظ به مؤقتاً: سجلات العمليات المالية (المشتريات وحركات النقاط) للمدة التي تفرضها الأنظمة السعودية (مكافحة غسل الأموال والأنظمة التجارية) فقط، ثم تُمحى نهائياً، ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر خلال تلك المدة.

حسابات موظفي التجار

تطبيق جنى الخير للتاجر (com.janalkhair.merchant) يستخدمه موظفو المتاجر، وتُنشأ حساباتهم بواسطة مسؤول الشركة وليس بالتسجيل الذاتي، ولذلك هناك طريقتان لحذف الحساب:

  1. اطلب من مسؤول شركتك حذف حسابك — يمكنه ذلك من بوابة التاجر.
  2. أو أرسل بريداً إلى [email protected] بعنوان حذف حساب موظف من رقم الجوال المسجل على الحساب أو مع ذكره، للتحقق من هويتك.

نعالج الطلبات خلال ٣٠ يوماً. تُحذف بياناتك — الاسم ورقم الهوية وتاريخ الميلاد ورقم الجوال والبريد الإلكتروني والصورة — من الأنظمة النشطة. وتُحفظ سجلات العمليات المسجّلة باسم المستخدم الخاص بك للمدة التي تفرضها الأنظمة السعودية (مكافحة غسل الأموال والأنظمة التجارية) فقط، ثم تُمحى نهائياً، ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر خلال تلك المدة.
